CARA MENGATASI ERROR MESIN PHOTOCOPY

Cara Mengatasi Error pada Mesin Fotocopy Canon


INFOTOCOPY kali ini akan mencoba membagi sedikit tips & trik untuk mengatasi Error pada mesin Fotocopy Canon Ir. Seringkali saat kita tengah manggunakan mesin fotocopy,terutama mesin Canon Ir, kita sering mengalami hal dimana mesin fotocopy mendadak tidak bisa digunakan dan muncul kode pada display panel yang terlihat mungkin asing di mata kita-kalau kita belum mengetahui tentang error code mesin fotocopy. Hal ini tentunya akan mengganggu aktivitas pekerjaan kita yang sedang membutuhkan mesin fotocopy tersebut, dan tentunya akan membuat panik jika kita sedang diburu-buru dengan pekerjaan yang sudah menumpuk. Hal ini sering terjadi pada beberapa orang yang memiliki usaha fotocopy baru yang mengeluh karena kasus tersebut hingga mereka tidak bisa menggunakan mesin Fotocopynya secara normal. Eits, jangan panik dulu, INFOTOCOPY akan membagi sedikit tips & trik untuk mengatasi Error code tersebut.

Pada umumnya, mesin fotocopy akan memunculkan kode yang beragarm saat mesin mengalami troubleshoot gangguan pada komponen-komponen tertentu, kode itu disebut Kode Error (Error Code). Kode-kode ini memiliki arti, bagian mana saja yang mengalami gangguan/Troubleshoot. Misalnya pada display kita menjumpai kode error E602-003 maka dari kode tersebut kita dapat mengetahui error tersebut dikarenakan gangguan pada hardisk mesin fotocopy Anda.
Jika kita mengalami Kode Error pada mesin fotocopy canon kita, kita bisa dengan mudah melakukan Reset Error, misalnya mesin fotocopy Anda mengalami error ringan dengan kode error E001 maka kita bisa
mengatasinya dengan cara CLEAR ERROR. Saat mesin tipe Canon iR ini masuk ke Indonesia hanya segelintir orang yang dapat menguasai cara ini, bahkan teknisi fotocopy sekalipun jarang ada yang berbagi ilmu dalam mengatasi hal ini. Bagi para ahli dalam mesin fotocopy ini caranya cukup mudah, Anda hanya perlu masuk pada Service Mode pada mesin fotocopy dengan cara:
1. Masuk ke program service mode (*28*) untuk bintang yang terdapat tulisan Additional Functions
2. Tekan Copier
3. Tekan Function
4. Tekan Clear
5. Tekan ERR
6. Tekan Ok
7. Matikan mesin fotocopy dari saklar di samping mesin, tunggu beberapa detik lalu hidupkan mesin kembali
Mudah bukan? Jadi mulai saat ini anda tidak perlu panik, anda cukup mengetahui dahulu Kode Error yang muncul,kemudian lakukan CLEAR ERROR. Apabila dengan langkah tersebut masih tetap tidak bisa, segeralah menghubungi teknisi yang sudah Anda percaya untuk memeriksa dan mengatasi kerusakan pada mesin fotocopy Anda. Jangan lah Anda memaksakan dengan langkah Clear Error berulang kali, karena akan beresiko merusak hardisk mesin fotocopy Anda.
Berikut ini ada beberapa Kode Error (Error Code) yang umumnya sering muncul dan penyebab-penyebabnya. Untuk lebih lengkap mengenai Error Code beberapa mesin Fotocopy, anda bisa menyimaknya pada halaman KODE ERROR di Blog ini.

Cause 1 Different sized originals were scanned without setting the Different Size Originals mode.
Remedy Set the Different Size Originals mode, and then try scanning again.
Cause 2 Different sized originals were scanned in the 2-Sided Original without setting the Different Size Originals mode.

Cause 1 There is no paper.
Remedy Load paper. (See “Maintenance.”)
Cause 2 The paper drawer is not inserted correctly into the machine.
Remedy Insert the paper drawer properly. (See “Maintenance.”)

Cause 1 Copying/printing was interrupted.
Remedy Try copying/printing again.
Cause 2 An error occurred because the main power switch was turned OFF while a job was being processed.
Remedy Check to see if the main power switch is turned ON. Try processing the job again, if necessary. (See “Before You Start Using This Machine.”)

Cause When the data was being written to the medium, the machine detected that the medium was full.
Remedy Use the memory medium with sufficient free space.

Cause The job was failed because the same file name existed. Generally, if the same file name exists, a file will be automatically renamed by adding a number, which ranges from 1 to 999, to the tail of its file name in order to avoid naming conflicts. However, this error occurred because the file with the same number already added to its file name existed.
Remedy Rename the file, and then write the data again.

Cause The job was failed because the write protect switch of the medium was turned ON.
Remedy Turn OFF the write protect switch of the medium.

Cause 1 The job was failed because the medium was pulled out while the job was in progress.
Remedy Confirm that the medium is properly inserted, and then write the data again.
Cause 2 While data, such as image data, were being transferred to the medium, some error occurred.
Remedy Confirm a status of the medium and a file format.

Cause 1 The length of the full path to the specified file (or folder) exceeded the supported limit.
Remedy The limit of the length of the full path is 256. Change or shorten the file name to be written.
Cause 2 The transfer of the image to the USB memory was not properly performed because the length of the full path including the root and file name exceeded the limit.
Remedy 1 The limit of the length of the full path is 256. Change or shorten the file name to be written.
Remedy 2 Change the folder to which the data is saved.

Cause 1 The job was failed because the medium was pulled out while the read job was in progress.
Remedy Confirm that the medium is inserted, and then read the data again.
Cause 2 While the data, such as image data, was being transferred from the medium, some error occurred.
Remedy Confirm the status of the medium and the file format.

Cause 1 The specified Department ID does not exist, or the password has changed.
Remedy Enter the correct Department ID or password using  -  (numeric keys) on the control panel, and try again.
Cause 2 The Department ID or password was changed while the machine was processing a job.
Remedy Change the Department ID and password, and try again. If you do not know the password, contact your System Manager.
Cause 3 <Allow Printer Jobs with Unknown IDs> is set to ‘Off’.
Remedy Set <Allow Printer Jobs with Unknown IDs> to ‘On’. (See [Department ID Management] in “Settings/Registration Table.”)

Cause The hard disk is full, and no more images can be scanned.
Remedy 1 Wait a few moments, and try scanning again after the current send jobs complete.
Remedy 2 Erase documents stored in the Mail Box and the Fax/I-Fax Inbox. If the machine still does not operate normally, turn the main power OFF, and then back ON again. (See “Before You Start Using This Machine.”)

Cause 1 There is insufficient memory remaining in the system.
Remedy Check the system’s available memory, and delete any unnecessary documents stored in the Mail Box and Fax/I-Fax Inbox. (See “Fax/I-Fax Inbox” and “Access Stored Files.”)
Cause 2 The machine’s memory is full.
Remedy Erase unnecessary documents and documents with errors from memory to increase the amount of available memory. (See “Fax/I-Fax Inbox” and “Access Stored Files.”)
Cause 3 The scanned document cannot be stored because there are more than 1,500 documents in the specified Mail Box and Fax/I-Fax Inbox.
Remedy If there are a large number of documents, delete the unnecessary ones from the specified Mail Box and Fax/I-Fax Inbox. (See “Fax/I-Fax Inbox” and “Access Stored Files.”)

Cause An error occurred because the main power was turned OFF due to an unspecified cause while a job was being processed.
Remedy Check to see that the power plug is firmly inserted into the power outlet and that it is not in a situation where the power can easily be turned OFF. Try processing the job again, if necessary.

Cause 1 When trying to print a large number of pages, the job is not performed due to insufficient memory resources.
Remedy Reduce the number of pages to print, or perform the print job again when no other jobs are reserved.
Cause 2 The job could not be processed, because it was cancelled from the printer driver while the print data was being sent to the machine.
Remedy Try printing again.
Cause 3 The spool memory is full when Use Spooler in Network Settings in Preferences (from the Settings/Registration screen) is set to ‘On’, therefore, data received from the host could not be spooled.
Remedy Set Use Spooler in Network Settings in Preferences (from the Settings/Registration screen) to ‘Off’, and try sending the print data again. (See [Use Spool Function] in “Settings/Registration Table.”)
Cause 4 The maximum number of receivable data exceeds the receive limit.
Remedy Try printing the documents again after all current jobs are complete. If you still cannot print, check the sent data.
Cause 5 The number of secured documents exceeded the maximum limit that can be reserved at a time.
Remedy Print or erase the secured documents that are stored in the machine, and try printing again. (See “Setting the Machine (PS/PCL/UFR II Printer).”)

Cause 2 You tried to print on a transparency sheet not made for this machine.

Remedy You cannot output tab paper when the Inner Finisher-A1 is attached but the Copy Tray-J1 is not attached. If necessary, attach the Copy Tray-J1.

Cara Install Scan Mesin Fotocopy Canon

Scan merupakan fitur dari mesin fotocopy digital, hampir semua type mesin fotocopy digital memiliki fitur Scan. Hasil scan yang di dapat bermacam-macam sesuai type yang di pakai, ada yang berwarna ada juga hitam putih, resolusi scan juga berbeda-beda masing-masing type.
Berikut kami sajikan Cara Install Scan Mesin Fotocopy Canon beserta langkah-langkahnya agar mudah dalam mempraktekannya.
Sebelum melakukan penginstallan, perlu di perhatikan bahwa mesin yang di gunakan memang memiliki fitur Scan. Langkah pertama adalah setting/check Ip mesin (lihat: Cara Setting Ip pada Mesin Fotocopy Canon).
Kemudian Buka Driver Network Scan Gear jika belum ada silahkan download (lihat: Download Driver Mesin Fotocopy Canon).
Cara penginstalan cukup mudah, silahkan buka driver tersebut, klik setup.exe lalu akan muncul jendela wizard Seperti gambar di bawah:

klik tombol Next sampai ahir penginstallan, karena tidak ada yang harus di pilih.
Setelah selesai penginstallan, Scanner belum bisa di gunakan karena belum terhubung dengan mesin fotocopy, cara menghubungkanya sebagai berikut:
Buka Network Scan Gear Tool, klik tombol Start Windows (Pojok Kiri Bawah) nanti ada Aplikasi Network Scan Gear, jika tidak ada Klik All Program cari Folder Network ScanGear. Nanti akan muncul jendela seperti berikut:

Klik tombol discover untuk mencari Mesin Fotocopy, tunggu hingga muncul Product Name dll di kolom Select Scanner from List seperti gambar di bawah:

Klik Product Name seperti gambar di atas, kemudian Klik Tombol Select dan Scanner sudah dapat di gunakan.
Scan bisa kompatibel dengan software yang menggunakan teknologi TWAIN misal: Microsoft Paint (semua komputer dengan OS Windows pasti ada software ini), Photoshop, Adobe Professional, Foxit Reader, Nitro Pdf, dll.

Cara Scan Dokument dari Fotocopy ke Komputer terlebih dahulu anda aktifkan scangear toolnya, pastikan scangear sudah terkoneksi dengan device/mesin fotocopy yang akan kita pakai seperti gbr dibawah, jika belum tau silahkan anda baca Cara koneksi scangear tool dengan mesin fotocopydisini "Cara Menggunakan Scanner Mesin Fotocopy"

Setelah toolnya konek lanjut ke Cara Scan Dokument dari Fotocopy ke Komputer disini saya memakai aplikasi microsoft office enterprise 2007.

Agar fitur scan di mesin fotocopy canon anda terkoneksi dengan office 2007 terlebih dahulu meregistrasinya berikut "Cara Registrasi Scaner Fotocopy ke Ms Office"
  • Klik Start (dipojok kiri bawah) >> pilih Setting >> Klik Control Panel >> Klik 2x Add or Remov Programs >> Pilih Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 (seperti gambar dibawah ini) >> Klik kotak Change

  • Klik Continue (seperti gambar dibawah ini)

  • Klik tanda plus (+) disebelah kiri tulisan Office Tools >> Klik tulisan Microsoft office Document Imaging >> Klik continue tunggu sampai selesai.




    • Setelah di registrasi perangkatnya sekarang kita masuk ke intinya'Cara Scan Dokument dari Fotocopy ke Komputer'  ikutin petunjuk dibawah ini.
    • Klik Start (dipojok kiri bawah) >> Programs >> Microsoft Office >> Microsoft Office Tools >> Microsoft Office Documents Scanning.



    • Kemudian masuk ke tampilan Scan New Document >> klik Scanner >> pilih versi Network Scangear yang anda pakai >> kemudian klik ok
    • Sekarang masukkan kertas dokumen yang akan di scan  di ADF mesin fotocopy dan jangan sampai terbalik (yang ada tulisan menghadap keatas) >> setelah sudah benar tekan atau klik kotak bertuliskan SCAN disebelah kanan kotak 'Select a preset for scanning'

    CARA SETTING MESIN PHOTOCOPY ke KOMPUTER

    Cara Menghubungkan Mesin Fotocopy ke Windows Via Kabel LAN

    Mesin fotocopy tidak hanya dapat untuk mencetak atau memperbanyak sebuah dokumen secara fisik. Namu juga dapat digunakan sebagai printer B/W (Black White) alias Hitam putih. Mencetak menggunakan mesin fotocopy yang pasti lebih cepat dan lebih irit dibanding menggunakan printer. Berikut Langkah – langkah menginstall Mesin fotocopy ke windows menggunakan kabel LAN :
    Peralatan yang dibutuhkan :
    1. Mesin Fotocopy Cannon IR
    2. Komputer / PC
    3. Kabel LAN Straight
    4. Driver Canon
    Langkah – langkah :
    1. Seting IP Address pada Mesin Fotocopy (Cannon IR 5050) :
    • Tekan Bintang (tombol dibawah tanda tanya)
    • Pilih System Settings
    • Pilih Network Settings
    • Pilih TCP/IP Settings
    • Pilih IPv4 Settings
    • Pilih IP Address Settings
    • Masukan IP address,
      Subnetmask dan Geteway Address. Pada contoh ini saya masukan IP Address 192.168.1.11, Subnet 255.255.255.0 dan Geteway 192.168.1.1
    2. Setting IP address pada Komputer / Laptop.
    • Masuk Controll Panel
    • Buka Network and Internet
    • Pilih Network and Sharing Center
    • Pada bagian kiri, pilih change adapter setting
    • Pilih Ethernet > Klik Properties > Pilih Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4)
    • Ubah Alamat IP menjadi 192.168.1.2, subnetmask 255.255.255.0 dan geteway 192.168.1.1
    3. Install Driver Canon di Komputer.
    • Pilih manualy set Port to Install (atas)
    • Kemudian Pilih tipe mesin fotocopy yang akan diinstall (disini saya menggunakan IR 5050 PCLe5)
    • Selanjutnya Add port > pilih Standart TCP/IP Port
    • Masukan IP address mesin fotocopy pada bagian Printer Name or Ip Address
    • Klik Next – next sampai selesai
    4.Hubungkan komputer dengan mesin menggunakan kabel LAN Straight. Kemudian coba lakukan Pinging IP mesin di komputer dengan cara, buka CMD / Command prompt kemudian ketikan : PING 192.168.1.11. Jika sudah terdapat respon maka komputer dengan mesin fotocopy sudah terkoneksi.
     
    Sekarang mesin fotocopy siap dijadikan printer. Sekian tutorial ini, teimakasih.
